Quest Diagnostics has appointed John O’Leary as Executive Director, Talent Acquisition. Hanold Associates’ Ashley Schiele and Ivy Arlia led the search for this role.
As Executive Director, Talent Acquisition, John will partner with HR and business leaders to create a strategic plan for talent acquisition that can evolve as needed to support the company, including workforce planning, strategic partnerships, technology road mapping and process and quality improvements. John will report to Chief HR Officer Cecilia McKenney and serve as a member of the HR leadership team, leading the overall Talent Acquisition team to hire more than 12,000 full-time, part-time and per diem employees, plus ~3,000 employees internally. Prior to joining Quest Diagnostics, John served as Vice President, Talent Acquisition and Sourcing at Lifespan Corporation.
