PureField Ingredients has appointed Bruce Fitzpatrick as Head of HR. Hanold Associates’ Katrina Maione and Sandra Peña led this Lenexa, Kansas-based search.
As Head of HR, Bruce will lead the function focused on HR service delivery excellence and on fostering a comprehensive employee experience that makes PureField an employer of choice for talent. In this role, Bruce will report to CEO Brad Kelley and serve as a member of the senior leadership team. Prior to joining PureField, Bruce served as Director of Human Resources at Hostess Brands.
PureField is America’s most trusted and reliable brand of wheat protein. The company converts grain into safe, trusted and natural food ingredients that range from 75% protein levels to 90% concentrated protein. The company also coproduces additional products including biofuels and animal nutrition products. PureField was established in 2019 when SVPGlobal purchased the food ingredients and biofuels business from White Energy.
