Performance Trust has appointed Lisa Jablonski as Chief HR Officer. Hanold Associates’ Mayank Parikh and Jordan Blackmon led the search for this role based in Chicago.
As CHRO, Lisa will build upon Performance Trust’s HR foundation and continue to shape a function that can support the company during its period of significant growth. Lisa will be the leader of the company’s HR team and function, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and the board of directors while reporting to CEO Chirag Shah. Lisa previously served as Senior VP, Senior Talent Executive at McGriff Insurance Services (Truist Bank), CHRO at Antares, as well as other financial firms.
