PE-backed IRI has retained Hanold Associates for their Senior Vice President, Global Talent search, based in Chicago. Neela Seenandan, Mayank Parikh and Sonia Nagra are leading the search.

Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer of IRI, Evan Swidler, the Senior Vice President, Global Talent will work to define, develop and implement unified, clear strategies and processes for the talent function throughout the organization globally. The role will be comprised of two main focuses: Candidate Experience (via recruiting) and Employee Experience. The Candidate Experience at IRI includes digital branding, recruiting execution, workforce profile shaping and helping shape a portion of the D&I agenda with a diverse slate of both internal and external talent. The Employee Experience at IRI includes talent and succession planning, learning and leadership development, team and organization development, performance development and management and culture and employee experience/engagement.
