PE-backed IRI Appoints SVP of Global Talent from Search by Hanold Associates


PE-backed IRI has appointed Andrea Haan as Senior Vice President of Global Talent. Hanold Associates’ Neela Seenandan, Mayank Parikh and Sonia Nagra led the search for this Chicago-based role.

Andrea Haan comes to IRI from Allstate Corporation where she held many leadership roles. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer of IRI, Evan Swidler, Ms. Haan will work to define, develop and implement unified, clear strategies and processes for the talent function throughout the organization globally. She will connect with leaders and lead discussion throughout the organization, ensuring that the talent acquisition and management strategies are providing the best possible workforce for each business unit, now and in the future.
