ATI Physical Therapy, a nationally recognized rehabilitation provider backed by Advent International, has appointed Lisa Manegold as Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner. Hanold Associates’ Sonia Nagra and Sandra Peña led the search for this Chicago-based role.
Based in the Chicago area, ATI specializes in research-based physical therapy, workers’ compensation rehab, employer worksite solutions, sports medicine, home health and a variety of specialty therapies. With nearly 900 clinics serving more than 400,000 patients, the company has grown, organically and through acquisition, to be the largest physical therapy company under one brand name in the US.
Manegold recently served as Vice President Human Resources for National Express, LLC. She joins ATI at this time of remarkable growth and will determine the talent, initiatives and programs needed to drive strong performance for each team and the overall business. Reporting directly to the VP, Human Resources of ATI, Jane Cobler, she will ensure HR is a true strategic partner to the various stakeholders in the business.
