Paylocity Retains Hanold Associates for Head of Talent Acquisition Search


Paylocity has retained Hanold Associates for their Vice President of Talent Acquisition search. Ashley Schiele and Katie Dent are leading the search for this role based in Schaumburg, IL.

The Vice President of Talent Acquisition will have fundamental recruiting responsibilities, like setting and executing on the talent acquisition vision and strategy and partnering with business leaders, but more importantly, he/she will transform Paylocity’s recruiting model and infuse the same innovative DNA into recruiting that has allowed the product platform to grow so rapidly. He/she will act as an inspirational leader and coach to a distributed team of 54, providing ongoing feedback and ensuring a consistent hiring experience across the enterprise. In this highly customer-centric environment, he/she will also have a unique opportunity to provide real feedback on Paylocity’s products and their development and therefore play an active role in shaping the landscape of HR technology and the recruiting industry.
