Paramount Appoints SVP, HR of CBS News & Digital from Search by Hanold Associates

Paramount has appointed Mehmet Dilsiz as SVP, HR of CBS News & Digital. Hanold Associates’ Jason Hanold, Adam Watson and Val Lopez led this New York City-based search.

As SVP, HR of CBS News & Digital, Mehmet will focus on supporting and developing the existing HR team and enhancing and updating HR processes through the CBS News & Digital division. Mehmet will serve as a partner to the leadership of the division and advise on all business decisions from a people lens. In this role, Mehmet will report to Cindy Glasgow, SVP, HR of CBS News & Stations and directly support CBS’s co-President, Neeraj Khemlani. Prior to joining Paramount, Mehmet served as Managing Vice President, Global Human Resources at Gartner.
