NFL Appoints Head of HR, NFL Media from Search by Hanold Associates

CHICAGO (Feb. 23, 2021) ― The National Football League has appointed Ruth Anne Herman as Head of Human Resources for NFL Media in Los Angeles. Neela SeenandanSarah Kennedy, Mayank Parikh and Katrina Prospero led the search.

Herman joins NFL Media entering her next chapter following progressive HR leadership roles at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, National Geographic Partners/The Walt Disney Company and Fox Networks Group. As Vice President of HR for NFL Media Los Angeles, Herman will be responsible for partnering with senior NFL leadership to develop a talent strategy that shapes league culture, engages employees and drives organizational results. She will report to the NFL’s Chief Administrative Officer, Dasha Smith.
