Newell Brands Appoints Global Director, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging from Search by Hanold Associates

Newell Brands has appointed Ebony Howell as Global Director, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging. Hanold Associates’ Katrina Maione, Neela Seenandan and Sandra Peña led the search for this role based in Atlanta.

Ebony previously served as a Senior Director, Talent Management, Inclusion & Diversity at Cox Automotive, leading talent management and D&I for 30,000 employees. As the Director, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging, Ebony will work closely with Newell Brands’ CEO and Senior Vice President, Talent and Culture to continue building and maintaining a multiethnic and gender diverse global workforce.
