Nelipak, a designer, developer and manufacturer of packaging for medical devices and pharmaceutical companies, has appointed Todd Mansfield as Vice President of Global Human Resources. Hanold Associates’ Katrina Maione and Kile Hanold led the search.
Todd previously served as Vice President, HR North America at Griffith Foods. Joining Nelipak as VP of Global HR, Todd will shape a global HR strategy while building necessary functional pieces to create global alignment. In this role, Todd will assess the HR function’s immediate needs and opportunities for improvement while shaping a “One Nelipak” global culture. As the VP of Global HR, Todd will report to CEO Pat Chambliss and lead the global HR team of ~15 members.
Nelipak is a leading manufacturer of custom designed packaging for many of the largest and most reputable medical device and pharmaceutical companies in the world. Headquartered in Rhode Island, Nelipak operates 10 production facilities globally, including five in the Americas and five in Europe, with a total of 1,400 employees. In 2019, Kohlberg & Company acquired Nelipak and supported its expansion into flexible packaging. Kohlberg is a leading U.S. private equity firm based in New York with approximately $8 billion of total assets under management.
