MYR Group has appointed Jim Barrett as Head of Human Resources. Hanold Associates’ Sonia Nagra and Sandra Peña led the Denver-based search.
Jim Barrett comes to MYR Group from leadership positions at Renewable Energy Systems America and AECOM. Reporting to the CEO of MYR Group, Rick Swartz, Mr. Barrett will be responsible for providing leadership in developing and executing the company’s Human Resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction. He will lead an established HR team that will serve as a strategic partner to the business in driving sustainable and optimal results.
