Moderna has appointed three new HR Leaders in the last three weeks from searches by Hanold Associates. Most recently, Amanda Sorrento has been named Vice President, Head of Research & Development, HR, based in the Greater Boston area. Kile Hanold, Sandra Peña, Katrina Prospero and Ashley Schiele led the search.
Amanda Sorrento comes to Moderna from Biogen and Beacon Health Options where she held various HR leadership positions. At Moderna, Ms. Sorrento will partner with the research and clinical development leadership teams to deliver against the business and people growth objectives to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of key HR projects and objectives, promoting a high-performance culture. She will also work collaboratively with the HR team and other subject matter experts to align practices and initiatives with the company’s strategic and operational goals.
