Tonja Sasser-Bonds joins Mike’s Hard Lemonade from dunnhumby where she was the Head of Learning & Development. Prior to that, she was the Director of Training & Talent Development for Levy Restaurants. As Head of Human Resources at Mike’s Hard Lemonade, Ms. Sasser-Bonds will lead the company’s People Operations function and be responsible for developing and structuring a proactive, responsive and effective team that provides a competitive advantage for the Mark Anthony Group of Companies in the US. She will help the organization develop processes that create and nurture a culture that values excellence and employee development, while it effectively manages change, to position Mark Anthony Group/Mike’s Hard Lemonade as a talent leader in the marketplace.
