McDonald’s Names Head of Learning & Development US. Hanold Associates Leads the Search

McDonald’s has named Chrissie Leibman as Head of Learning and Development, US, based in Chicago. Hanold Associates’ Ashley Schiele and Keri Gavin led the search.

Chrissie Leibman comes to McDonald’s from leadership positions at WeWork and Gap, Inc. Ms. Leibman joins the Learning & Development Center of Excellence during a period of unprecedented innovation and advancement at McDonald’s. She will partner broadly across the Global People function, leading and supporting efforts to evolve, build, reimagine and ultimately scale robust solutions across the U.S. segment. This work is aimed at providing employees ample opportunities where learning will result in capability building to support the company’s velocity growth plan.
