Madison Dearborn’s InMoment Retains Hanold Associates for Chief HR Officer Search

Madison Dearborn’s InMoment has retained Hanold Associates for their Chief Human Resources Officer search, based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Neela Seenandan and Lisa Butkus are leading the search.

This allows for a more human connection between customer and company, which can prove invaluable in developing actionable strategies in marketing, customer experience, data, operations and Human Resources

Originally founded in 2002, InMoment has grown beyond its beginnings into a global company. Besides its headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah, the company maintains offices in Atlanta, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. The company has approximately 355 employees globally, who combine to drive revenues of around $60M annually. In the summer of 2019, Madison Dearborn Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm, acquired the company. This strategic investment will allow the company to accelerate its growth strategy by increasing adoption, growing capabilities and expanding geographically.

Reporting directly to the InMoment CEO, Andrew Joiner, the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will be the key leader of all HR processes throughout the organization. The CHRO will lead a growing team of HR professionals within the organization and focus on guiding it through a period of intense change and growth. With a new owner and an executive team that has added new team members, this leader will serve to stabilize the company from both an HR and business perspective.
