Madison Dearborn-owned InMoment Appoints Chief HR Officer from Search by Hanold Associates


Madison Dearborn-owned InMoment has appointed Wendy Rand as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Hanold Associates’ Lisa Butkus and Neela Seenandan led the search. Ms. Seenandan served as the interim CHRO since February, guiding the organization through an acquisition integration and then pandemic, before conducting the search.

Wendy Rand comes to InMoment from Transunion and Vail Resorts. Reporting to CEO, Andrew Joiner, Ms. Rand will be the key leader of all HR processes throughout the organization. She will focus on guiding it through a period of intense change and growth.
