Live Nation Entertainment has retained Hanold Associates for their Head of Compensation & Benefits search. Neela Seenandan and Katrina Prospero are leading the search for this Beverly Hills-based role.

Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Head of Compensation & Benefits is responsible for all aspects of Live Nation’s North American compensation and benefits programs. This includes the strategy, design, implementation and administration of a total rewards philosophy that helps the company build a sustainable competitive advantage through maximizing employee engagement, performance and retention. This role leads the development and innovation of total rewards solutions that are proactively aligned with Live Nation’s key priorities, including putting the employee first.
