CHICAGO (Feb. 4, 2021) ― Kohler, a household name in kitchen and bath products, has retained Hanold Associates for its Director, Talent Pipeline & Acquisition search. Ashley Schiele and Keri Gavin are leading the search for this key role.

Talent is a critical part of Kohler’s growth trajectory, and the organization is seeking to refine and optimize its in-house talent acquisition function. Reporting directly to VP of Talent and Diversity Bridget Penney, the Director of Talent Pipeline & Acquisition will be responsible for building and operationalizing a global TA strategy for Kohler. This leader will assess, expand and optimize global recruitment, standing up an efficient and proactive TA function from entry-level and campus to executive-level hiring. Overseeing a broader team of 16 or more, this leader will build out a diverse pipeline of talent, working closely with other HR and business leaders to best assess their talent needs.
