Kohler, a household name in kitchen and bath products, has appointed Erin Henning as its Global Director, Talent Acquisition. Hanold Associates’ Partners Keri Gavin and Ashley Schiele led the search for this remote role.

Headquartered in Kohler, Wisconsin, it employs more than 36,000 associates with 48 manufacturing plants, 30 brands and operations in more than 50 countries.
Henning comes to Kohler from Eaton, where she led global talent acquisition, progressing through TA leadership roles across her 15-year tenure. At Kohler, talent is a critical part of the company’s growth trajectory, and it is seeking to refine its in-house talent acquisition function. Reporting directly to VP of Talent and Diversity, Bridget Penney, Henning will be responsible for building and operationalizing a global TA strategy for Kohler, optimizing global recruitment processes from entry-level and campus to executive-level hiring.
