The JCFS Chicago Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will conceive, develop and execute all agency efforts to recruit, hire and retain the talent necessary to meet the organization’s mission and strategic goals. As a member of the executive team and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the CHRO will ensure a superb place to work that attracts the best people, that they are professionally fulfilled and able to perform at the best and highest levels.
Ensuring execution through clearly articulated policy and practice, the CHRO will work closely with the CEO and the senior leadership team to align the HR vision with the overall organizational strategy and values. This leader holds the dual responsibility of broad agency leadership with the specific HR-related functions required for success.
