Hanold Associates has launched the Head of Human Resources search for Idahoan Foods. Karlis Antons and Katie Wolf are leading the search for the role located at Idahoan Foods national headquarters in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
Idahoan Foods is a privately held global provider of a wide range of predominately premium branded dehydrated potato products for retail, food service and industrial markets. As one of the largest dehydrated potato manufacturers, Idahoan provides innovative and award-winning product solutions such as their Steakhouse line of products. R.D. Offutt Company is the parent company of Idahoan Foods. R.D. Offutt and affiliates are the largest potato grower in the United States, operating farms in seven states. These products are sold into both the retail and food service markets. In excess of 50,000 acres of potatoes are grown annually for the frozen processing and fresh markets across the broader organization. R.D. Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Human Resources will be a key collaborator with the Idahoan Food’s Strategic Leadership Team and will fully participate in developing human resources processes to enable the business and executing strategic growth initiatives, particularly from the perspective of recruitment strategies. They will lead Human Resources across corporate and the non-union manufacturing plant facilities. Bringing a strong employee relations focus, they will shape human capital programs across talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits, learning and talent development. They will work closely with the CEO and Vice President of Operations to ensure the growth of the talent base within the organization.
