ICF Next has retained Hanold Associates for their Vice President of Human Resources search. Ashley Schiele, Sandra Peña and Lisa Butkus lead the search for this position located in Chicago, Illinois or Minneapolis, Minnesota.

He/she will be a key strategic partner to leaders and team members throughout the agency, playing a crucial role in the implementation of ICF’s talent management practices.
