ICF Next Appoints VP of Human Resources from Search by Hanold Associates

ICF Next has appointed Stephanie McGovern as Vice President of Human Resources, located in the greater Chicago area. Hanold Associates’ Ashley Schiele, Sandra Peña and Lisa Butkus led the search.

Stephanie McGovern comes to ICF Next from leadership positions at Kantar and Millward Brown. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resource Business Partners of the ICF parent organization, Ms. McGovern will lead Human Resources for ICF Next leveraging a team of four. She will be a key strategic partner to leaders and team members throughout the agency, playing a crucial role in the implementation of ICF’s talent management practices.

ICF Next is a recently formed business unit of global consulting agency ICF, focused on best-in-class marketing, communications, digital and technology services. The business was formed in January 2019 as a consolidation of several existing ICF units including Olson, PulsePoint, Mostra, TFC and WAV with the goal of removing barriers to collaboration and offering clients full-service, integrated solutions.
