Huron Consulting Appoints Chief HR Officer from Search by Hanold Associates

Huron Consulting has appointed Kristen Bruner as Chief HR Officer. Hanold Associates’ Sandra Peña and Adam Watson led the search for this role.

As Chief HR Officer, Kristen will support Huron’s transformation as it implements its new operating model, redefining what a $1 billion professional services firm looks like with a focus on growing revenue, investing in capacity and investing in people. Kristen will build and operationalize Huron’s engagement and talent management strategy that will best enable the company’s growth plans. In this role, Kristen will lead of team of 125 and have a dual reporting relationship to Huron’s CEO Mark Hussey and new COO J. Ronald Dail. Prior to joining Huron, Kristen served as a Chief HR and Communications Officer at W.L. Gore & Associates in addition to her 18-year career at Boeing.
