Horizon Media, the creative media agency behind Geico, Corona and Capital One, has appointed Latraviette Smith-Wilson as Chief Marketing & Equity Officer. Hanold Associates’ Val Lopez, Adam Watson and Ivy Arlia led the search for this trailblazing role based in New York City.
Latraviette previously served as a Chief Strategy & Engagement Officer at Essence Communications. Joining Horizon Media as the Chief Marketing & Equity Officer, Latraviette will build organizational strategies for both marketing and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. According to Horizon, “This combined position, an industry first, demonstrates Horizon Media’s transformative approach to powering its employee and client value propositions by embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) into the core of its business.”
