Hindman Auctions has appointed Georgia Heisinger as Director of People Operations. Hanold Associates’ Sandra Peña, Sonia Nagra and Ivy Arlia led the Chicago, Illinois-based search.
As Director of People Operations, Georgia will report to CEO Alyssa Quinlan and lead the people strategy and programs. Serving as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Georgia will partner with senior leaders on company goals and ensure strategic alignment between the corporate and talent strategies. Prior to joining Hindman, Georgia served as Senior Director of HR and Talent Acquisition at Josselyn.
