Help At Home Appoints Head of Talent Acquisition and Head of Total Rewards from Searches Led by Hanold Associates

Help At Home appointed Elisabeth Cox to Head of Talent Acquisition and Pam Orvis to Head of Total Rewards. Both roles are based in Chicago. Hanold Associates’ Ashley Schiele and Kile Hanold spearheaded the searches.

Elisabeth Cox comes to Help At Home from Skills For Chicagoland’s Future where she served as Vice President of Talent Acquisition. At Help At Home, reporting to Chief People Officer, Anita Skotnicki, Ms. Cox will build and lead the recruiting team, creating and implementing metrics, processes and infrastructure for the recruitment function.

Pam Orvis served as Senior Director of Compensation & Benefits for EVRAZ North America. Now at Help At Home, and also reporting to the Chief People Officer, Ms. Orvis will lead compensation and benefits planning, HR systems, talent development and implementation of new and revised programs, policies and procedures to support the organization’s goals and competitive practices.
