Reporting to and partnering with the President of HCSC, Maurice Smith, the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will serve as a partner and coach to the management team, Board, and business leaders. The CHRO will be a highly engaged business leader who will develop a deep understanding of the organization’s business plan and work with the Human Resources (HR) team to operationalize a well-executed HR strategy that tangibly moves the business forward. They will provide leadership and strategic direction for all HR operations, programs and initiatives throughout the organization and guide the talent strategy as the business, organizational strategy and employee base continue to evolve. This leader will be a change agent who can further cultivate an energetic and innovative culture at all levels of the organization.
