Hanold Associates recruited Russ Nykaza as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition for ATI Physical Therapy. Ashley Schiele and Mayank Parikh led the search for the role based in Chicago, Illinois.

Mr. Nykaza will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer and will oversee a combined corporate and clinic-focused staff of 23 team members. He will develop and drive a game-changing recruiting function for ATI Physical Therapy. Mr. Nykaza will serve as a key talent partner to ATI leadership and be responsible for advising, challenging and working complex scenarios with business leaders.
