Hanold Associates recruits Kristie Ferriell-Beck as the Head of Human Resources for Idahoan Foods. Katie Wolf led the search for the role located at Idahoan Foods national headquarters in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
Kristie Ferriell-Beck joins Idahoan Foods from General Cable Corp where she worked as Director, HR Business Partner and before that held the position of Head of HR Foodservice for Kraft Heinz Company. At Idahoan Foods, Ms. Ferriell-Beck will lead Human Resources across corporate and the non-union manufacturing plant facilities to shape human capital programs for talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits and learning and talent development. Reporting to the CEO, she will be a key collaborator with their Strategic Leadership Team and will fully participate in developing human resources processes to execute strategic growth initiatives, particularly from the perspective of recruitment strategies and training and retaining employees.
