Reporting to Chief Executive Officer, Kathy Bolhous, and based at the Milton, Wisconsin, headquarters, the Chief Human Resources Officer will play a critical, strategic and highly involved role as a member of the senior leadership team in building out the human resources infrastructure for scalable growth. They will be responsible for aligning human resources activity with an aggressive growth business strategy.
