Hanold Associates Launches Human Resources Leadership Searches for Ferguson

Ferguson tapped Hanold Associates for multiple Director-level Human Resources leadership roles within their multiple divisions—Fire and Fabrication, Facilities Supply, HVAC, and E-commerce. Hanold partners Keri Gavin, Karlis Antons, Kile Hanold and Omar Safi lead the searches.

The HRBP will proactively assess business performance to develop human resources solutions that enable business strategies, foster leadership success and drive the employee experience within their respective division and more broadly across the Ferguson organization. This leader will shape organizational design and effectiveness and ensure HR is enabling growth and business success. They will manage the spectrum of talent initiatives, namely talent development, training resources and succession planning in their business group and work closely with leadership teams to identify business needs and build solutions to be successful. These are director level roles operating out of any major metropolitan area in the United States.
