Great Day Improvements Appoints Chief People Officer from Search by Hanold Associates

Great Day Improvements, manufacturer and installer of residential remodeling products, has appointed Liz Huldin as Chief People Officer. Hanold Associates’ Ashley Schiele and Sarah Kennedy led the search for this role based in the Greater Cleveland area.

As Chief People Officer, Liz will create and implement a people strategy aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of Great Day Improvements. A key focus of the role will be structuring and advising on people processes to best support the organization’s recent acquisitions. Liz will lead and develop HR leaders in each of the business units, while working closely with leadership teams across the brands. As a strategic thought advisor and people leader for GDI, Liz will report to CEO Michael Hoy and Executive Chairman Ed. Liz brings a wealth of experience across major multinationals like Boeing and Motorola as well as lead HR experience in highly entrepreneurial environments. Prior to joining GDI, Liz founded her own consulting firm, Catalytic Talent, focused on strategic advisory work for a variety of businesses.
