Golden Bear Therapy Partners Retains Hanold Associates for Chief People Officer Search

Golden Bear Therapy Partners, an innovative rehabilitation company, has retained Hanold Associates for its Chief People Officer search. Hanold Associates’ Kile Hanold and Ashley Schiele will lead the search for this critical role.

Founded in 1981, Golden Bear provides a range of resources to give affiliate practices the support they need to allow them to spend less time on nonclinical administrative work, focus more on patient care and enjoy more personal time. GBTP has seen rapid growth and has expanded to nearly 100 clinics and 900 employees. In April 2019, Golden Bear received new backing from Shore Capital, a Chicago-based private equity firm. This new backing will allow Golden Bear to continue its growth trajectory and expand into additional markets.

The company’s first ever Chief People Officer will be a key contributor in the company’s development of an HR function. This leader will partner closely with the CEO and other leaders to drive business and talent operations while assessing, developing and building an HR infrastructure that provides high levels of service delivery across all regions and employee populations.
