GoHealth Appoints Chief People Officer from Search by Hanold Associates

GoHealth has appointed Alison Moriarty as Chief People Officer. Hanold Associates’ Jordan Blackmon, Hans Henson and Eleanor Tetreault led the Chicago, Illinois-based search.

As Chief People Officer, Alison will lead GoHealth’s people and culture team and create the strategy to plan, attract, engage and retain top talent. Alison will develop a world-class people organization, influence all aspects of the workforce, promote diversity and inclusion initiatives and manage a team of human resources and talent professionals. In this role, Alison will be a key member of the executive leadership team leading the people function and report directly to CEO Vijay Kotte. Prior to joining GoHealth, Alison served as Chief Talent Officer, Starcom USA at Publicis Media.
