Fossil Group has retained Hanold Associates for the Vice President Talent Acquisition search. Jason Hanold, Ashley Schiele and Katie Traines are leading the search for the role located at Fossil’s global headquarters in Dallas, Texas.

Reporting to Chief Human Resources Officer, Darren Hart, the Head of Talent Acquisition will oversee all recruitment efforts enterprise-wide and manage all relationships with external partners. They will be a contributing member of the HR leadership team and lead a team of seven. They will cultivate and develop a high-performing, customer-centric talent acquisition function and collaborate on best practices at the global level and continue to contemporize the function through progressive platforms.
