EverGrain Retains Hanold Associates for Head of Human Resources Search

EverGrain

CHICAGO (Dec. 2, 2020) – EverGrain Ingredients, a newly formed company that creates nourishing, barley-based products, has retained Hanold Associates for its Head of Human Resources search. Sonia Nagra and Sandra Peña are leading the search for this St. Louis-based role.

The first ever Head of Human Resources for EverGrain will be the key people leader for the entire organization, establishing the strategy and structure that supports the business, employees and culture. This leader will report to the CEO and partner with him to develop and operationalize the company’s first people strategy in order to support the company’s aggressive growth agenda. In conjunction with those efforts, this leader will build the HR function and team, contribute to key leadership team hires, drive employee engagement and retention, develop talent to enable growth and lead the early culture-shaping of this nascent company.

EverGrain started as a venture within Anheuser-Busch InBev (ABI), the multinational drink and brewing company, to better utilize brewing byproducts that still had incredible nutritional value. While ABI is an investor, EverGrain operates autonomously and will eventually take on additional investment. After operating in stealth mode for several years, EverGrain was officially launched in late 2020 with headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri and additional operations in Belgium.
