Enova, an innovative, mission-driven fintech company, has appointed Stan Moy as Head of Compensation. Hanold Associates’ Katrina Maione and Kile Hanold led the search for this role based in Chicago.
As the Head of Compensation at Enova, Stan will own the continued build out and administration of Enova’s total compensation strategy, working closely with the CPO, CEO and Compensation Committee. Stan previously served as a Director, Executive Compensation at Health Care Service Corporation, leading the executive compensation and benefit programs.
