DaVita Appoints VP Total Rewards from Search by Hanold Associates

DaVita Kidney Care has appointed Costas Chrysostomou as Vice President of Total Rewards. Hanold Associates’ Kile Hanold and Keri Gavin led the search for this Denver-based role.

Costas Chrysostomou comes to DaVita from Envista Holdings Corporation where he was Vice President of Total Rewards. Reporting to the newly appointed Chief People Officer of DaVita, Kenny Gardner, Mr. Chrysostomou will be responsible for defining the Total Rewards strategy for the company. He will design, implement, communicate and administer all compensation and benefits initiatives, thereby developing a vision for the company’s Total Rewards strategy, implementing a new compensation technology platform and evaluating and structuring their team.
