DaVita Appoints Vice President, Head of Learning and Development from Search by Hanold Associates

DaVita has appointed Gordon Trujillo as Vice President, Head of Learning and Development. Hanold Associates’ Adam Watson, Mayank Parikh and Ivy Arlia led the search for this role based in Denver, Colorado.

Gordon previously served as Vice President, Visa University + HR & Learning Systems at Visa. Joining DaVita as Vice President, Head of Learning and Development, Gordon will support the company’s transformation in its learning function to create a more centralized strategy and vision for a complex, geographically dispersed company. Reporting to DaVita Chief Wisdom Officer Stacey Irving, Gordon will operationalize and implement the company’s new learning strategy through a multichannel approach.
