Crescent Electric Supply has retained Hanold Associates for their Chief Human Resources Officer search. Keri Gavin, Katie Wolf and Sandra Peña are leading the search for this role based in East Dubuque, IL.

Reporting to Crescent Electric Supply Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Martin “Marty” Burbridge, the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is a close strategic partner to the leadership team to drive a collaborative, performance-driven and customer-centric culture across the organization. Serving on the Executive Committee and the Senior Staff, the CHRO will play a key role in establishing and strengthening a more sophisticated HR function and will be tasked with upgrading the function’s ability to support the growing and changing needs of an evolving business. This person will be responsible for the company’s human resources function including recruitment, succession planning, compensation, benefits, payroll, training, organizational development, employee policies, employee relations and compliance with applicable federal and state laws.
