Hanold Associates has launched the Vice President Employee Relations search with CNA.
Hanold partners, Ashley Schiele and Katie Wolf lead the search for the role based at CNA’s headquarters in Chicago.
The Vice President of Employee Relations will report directly to the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and be responsible for providing overall management and direction for employee relations. They will direct the development and implementation of strategic and operational objectives for employee relations in accordance with the company’s strategic plans.
