Chicago-Based and PE-backed R1 RCM Appoints VP of Total Rewards from Search Led by Hanold Associates


R1 RCM has appointed Erik Dilland as Vice President of Total Rewards. Hanold AssociatesKile Hanold led the search for this Chicago-based role.

Erik Dilland, previously of Aptiv Corporation, will report to R1 RCM’s newly appointed Chief HR Officer and serve as a strategic partner and coach to the management team, Board and business leaders. Heading a team of five, he will ensure all compensation and benefit programs align with the strategic goals of the company.

R1 RCM is a leading provider of revenue cycle services that help healthcare providers (acute, physician and ambulatory) generate sustainable improvements in their operating margins and healthcare quality while also improving patient, physician and staff satisfaction.
