CareFinders Total Care Appoints Chief People Officer from Search by Hanold Associates

CareFinders Total Care has appointed Erika Duncan as Chief People Officer. Hanold Associates’ Keri Gavin and Sandra Peña led the search for this New Jersey-based role.

Erika Duncan comes to CareFinders from Trinity Health where she was the Chief Human Resources Officer for their Northeast Region. Reporting directly to the CEO of CareFinders, Jim Robinson, Ms. Duncan will be responsible for all matters related to Human Capital within the company, overseeing HR initiatives in both corporate and field settings. As CareFinders goes through a period of rapid growth, she will be a guiding force in shaping the culture of the organization as well as the Human Resources strategy, partnering with the executive leadership team to advance the function while supporting the business.
