CAE Appoints Chief People Officer from Search by Hanold Associates

CAE, the world leader in the design and manufacture of simulation equipment has appointed Bob Lockett as Chief People Officer. Hanold Associates’ Lisa Yae, Val Lopez and Eleanor Tetreault led the search.

As Chief People Officer, Bob will support CAE’s continued evolution to a high-tech company, leading the people, talent and engagement initiatives that will continue to power growth while supporting the company’s people-first environment. In this role, Bob will report directly to CEO Marc Parent and lead the organization’s People team inclusive of HRBPs; Talent; Organizational Development; Labor Relations; Total Rewards and HR Operations. Prior to joining CAE, Bob served as Chief Diversity and Talent Officer at ADP.

Originally repairing and installing radio equipment, CAE began designing and building flight simulators in the 1950s. After expanding into commercial markets, the company continued to diversify its product lines and expand internationally, becoming the world leader in the design and manufacture of simulation equipment.
