Brown and Caldwell Appoints Chief People Officer from Search by Hanold Associates

Brown and Caldwell has appointed Susan Gehoski as Chief People Officer. Hanold Associates’ Sandra Peña and Adam Watson led the Denver, Colorado-based search.

As Chief People Officer, Susan will serve as a strategic leader and thought partner, working collaboratively to create and maintain a strong organizational culture. Reporting directly to CEO Rich D’Amato, Susan will advise and lead all talent, culture and HR-related initiatives and serve as a member of the executive leadership team. Prior to joining Brown and Caldwell, Susan served as Global Vice President HR at SSR Mining Inc.
