BOND, Clio Entertainment’s reigning Agency of the Year, has retained Hanold Associates for their Head of Human Resources search. Katrina Prospero and Adam Watson are leading the search for this Hollywood-based role.

Reporting to CEO Seth Phillips Althoff, the Head of HR will develop, implement and operationalize an HR framework that will facilitate a culture and work environment that allows employees to do their best work. This leader will have a significant impact on the company’s future as they lead and personify the culture of BOND: a group of humble, hungry and smart people, working hard as a team and celebrating successes together.
