Hanold Associates has launched the Vice President Talent Acquisition search for PE-backed ATI Physical Therapy. Mayank Parikh and Ashley Schiele lead the search for the role based in Chicago.

The Vice President of Talent Acquisition will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer and oversee a combined corporate and clinic-focused staff of 23 team members. They will be responsible for all recruiting key performance indicators: clinical pipeline generation, candidate relationship management, onboarding, employment branding and strategic workforce planning. This role will serve as a key talent partner to ATI leadership and be responsible for developing and driving a game-changing recruiting function for ATI Physical Therapy.
