Astound Broadband Appoints Senior Vice President of DEI from Search by Hanold Associates

Astound Broadband, a telecommunications company backed by Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners, has appointed Kristie King as Senior Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI). Hanold Associates’ Val Lopez, Katrina Maione and Maisha Pearson led the Princeton, New Jersey-based search.

As Astound undergoes organizational transformation due to the recent rebranding and consolidation of functions under the Astound name, Kristie will serve as the key driver of all DEI initiatives, building upon the current foundation by implementing new DEI programs and policies As Senior Vice President of DEI, Kristie will report to Chief Administrative Officer John Gdovin, while shaping and expanding Astound’s DEI strategy. Prior to joining Astound, Kristie served as Senior Director of DEI at Doma.
